THAI TANGO: START YOUR DAY WITH BUNCH OF VITAMINS (RECIPE)!!!
When losing weight, the main concerns are to reduce the amount of calories you take in, increase the amount you expend and ensure your body processes what you consume properly.
- 100 g fresh Papaya
- Juice of 1 Lime
- 2 medium Pears, peeled and sliced
- 200 ml Rice Milk
- Pinch of ground Ginger
- Ice cubes (optional)
- Lime slices, to garnish (optional)
Combine all the ingredients and blend.
For a long refreshing drink, pour over ice. Garnish with a sprinkle of ground ginger and a slice of lime, if liked.
