Other benefit of homemade scrubs is that they are super natural and chemical free which is really important for people who have sensitive skin.

HERE’S HOW YOU MAKE SALT SCRUB MADE AT HOME

  • Mix 1 cup fine Epsom salts,
  • 1/2 cup grapeseed oil
  • 5-10 drops lavender essential oil
  • Scoop the mixture in a glass jar with lid.

USE THE SAME WAY AS A SUGAR SCRUB:

rub gently into your skin in circular motion and leave in for 5-10 min the wash with warm water. You can also use a body lotion or body butter after the shower just to further the moisture and softness of your skin.

LEMON & THYME BODY SCRUB

Ingredients to make a small jar…

  • 1 fresh lemon (squeezed)
  • 1 tablespoon of organic olive oil
  • 6 tablespoons of sea salt
  • A sprinkle of thyme

Mix your organic olive oil and sea salt together in a small bowl until your sea salt is nicely coated with the oil. Next, squeeze in the lemon juice from one fresh lemon and mash it all together. Finally, sprinkle in some fresh thyme leaves.

Coconut, Brown Sugar & Rose Body Scrub

There is nothing more relaxing than hot bath with this amazing scrub you can do it in 5 minutes. Fill 1/3 of a jar with coconut oil, add the petals of a fragrant rose and fill the rest of the jar with the brown sugar and your favorite essential oil.

Lemon Sugar Scrub

The lemon – sugar scrub might be the ultimate gift for your gals, since it’s so easy to do it yourself. Mix few spoons of sugar with 2 cups of olive oil and few table spoons of lemon juice. Pack it in a cute jar or metal box and surprise your closest ones.
