Neapolitan Smoothie

  • ¾ of a cup of low-fat chocolate milk
  • ½ a cup of low-fat vanilla yoghurt
  • ¾ of a cup of sliced strawberries
  • 1 teaspoon of ground flaxseed
  • 1 scoop of vanilla or chocolate whey-protein powder
  • 3 ice cubes
