Drink the juice of 1 lemon mixed with 1 cup of fresh water.

Day 2:
Drink the juice of 2 lemons mixed with 2 cups of fresh water.

Day 3:
Drink the juice of 3 lemons mixed with 3 cups of fresh water.

Day 4:
Drink the juice of 4 lemons mixed with 4 cups of fresh water.

Day 5:
Drink the juice of 5 lemon mixed with 5 cups of fresh water.

Day 6:
Drink the juice of 6 lemons mixed with 6 cups of fresh water.

Day 7:
Drink the juice of 3 lemons mixed with 10 cups of fresh water. Add 1 tablespoon of honey and drink the mixture throughout the day.

Day 8:
Drink the juice of 6 lemons mixed with 6 cups of fresh water.

Day 9:
Drink the juice of 5 lemon juice mixed with 5 cups of fresh water.

Day 10:
Drink the juice of 4 lemon mixed with 4 cups of fresh water.

Day 11:
Drink the juice of 3 lemons mixed with 3 cups of fresh water.

Day 12:
Drink the juice of 2 lemons mixed with 2 cups of fresh water.

Day 13:
Drink the juice of 1 lemon mixed with 1 cup of fresh water.

Day 14:
Drink the juice of 3 lemons mixed with 10 cups of fresh water. Add 1 tablespoon of honey and drink the mixture throughout the day.

If you find it difficult to drink all at once, drink as much as you can and leave the rest for later. Just make sure that you drink the mixture at least one hour before the meal.

This diet is not recommended for people with gastrointestinal problems. The lemon diet is especially effective in the fall or spring. At this time our bodies need extra vitamins and minerals. Also in the spring our bodies should be cleansed and detoxified from the long winter.
