Here’s how to easily create a powerful potion of kombucha mushrooms that stimulates digestion, strengthens the immune system, cleanses the liver and increases the energy level.

Ingredients:

  • 1 liter of water
  • Quarter cup raw brown sugar
  • 1-tablespoon Sencha green tea or black tea
  • Half a cup of finished kombucha beverage
  • Piece kombucha mushrooms

Preparation:

Heat water almost to a boil, remove it from the top, and add the tealeaves and cover. About 15 minutes later, strain, add sugar and stir well. Allow the tea cool down and pour it into a larger wide-necked jar.

Add kombucha beverage and slice mushrooms, opening jars close with a paper towel or gauze and store in a dark place for about 7 days. Try, drink should be slightly acidic and slightly carbonated. If you prefer more acid kombucha wait a few more days.

Pour into jars or bottles, and half a cup of drink and mushroom use next time.
