UN Diet – 90 Days to Slim – Healthy Positive Mind –
Strict enforcement of the child in addition to weight loss leads to changes in metabolism and lost weight cannot be returned. The diet lasts 90 days. If it is necessary to weaken a lesser weight, diet is terminated earlier, but then there is no change of metabolism.
UN diet always starts with protein day, followed by starch, carbohydrate a day, fruit day, and again protein. ORDER OF THE DAY cannot be changed.
Let’s consider how to practically implement this diet.
- All 90 days FRUITS. They eat by two of the same fruit or a handful of dried fruit (count 8 pieces will be enough).
UN diet – First day – PROTEIN DAY
- Meat, steamed, boiled or roasted (in the amount of restaurant servings, 2 – 3 pieces or approximately 250 g) or 3 boiled or fried eggs or something of dairy products and even soybeans. • Bread – slice of whole-wheat bread • Salad – unlimited amounts to a maximum of 1 tablespoon oil • Soup – required (without noodles – 1 cup / 3 dl) and if consumed milk products then the soup is not mandatory but have a cup of yogurt or milk.
NOTE: Different kinds of proteins cannot interfere in one portion and even in the day.
- Same as for lunch, but half-measures from lunch, without the soup and without bread. It is mandatory that if you eat meat for lunch, eat, dinner, and if the eggs for lunch, must be for dinner.

UN diet – Second day – STARCH DAY
- Beans, peas, lentils, rice, potatoes – boiled, only with the addition of spices (salt, seasoning, pepper, ketchup, cooked tomato) – full plate • Bread – slice • Salad
- Same as lunch, but half measures. Dinner WITHOUT BREAD

UN diet – the third day -THE DAY OF CARBOHYDRATES
- Cooked pasta with spices – ketchup or pizza or the like only with the addition of ketchup or salty biscuits in the amount of pizza in the pizzeria (eg. 3 rolls)
- Two thin slices of cake or 3 – 4 cakes or 3 – 4 scoops of ice cream. Mandatory – 1 rib of cooking chocolate.

UN diet – the fourth day – VITAMIN (fruit) DAY
Lunch and dinner
- Only mixed fruit – how many will.
- After rounds of 7x 4 days, ie. 29 day can be considered “water day”. All day drinking only water and tea (recommend Green Tea) ;
- required after vitamin and sometimes after the water, continues with the protein day;
- Coffee and tea can be drunk, but without sugar. Juices reduced to a minimum;
- Be sure to take after lunch 1 tablet, containing a daily dose of vitamins and minerals;
- Pause between meals (minimum – that is, the gap may be even larger but not smaller) first day is 4 hours, and the other and the third day is 3 hours; while vitamin day break between meals 2 hours;
- After 8 o’clock in the evening do not eat.
Everything shown has to eat because it has a role to play in the body. Fruit is a must for breakfast, because the fastest-energizes, chocolate on the third day also, because it protects the body from possible allergies.
Quantities of food are higher than usual, and set our food and climate conditions. One must be consistent and persistent. It may be that the first ten days comes to weight loss, but then begins a sudden loss of as much as 3 – 4 kilograms. After 90 days of the diet, an additional 90 days for breakfast to eat fruit, while lunch and dinner return to normal diet. In this period we have to lose another 3 kg, which is an indicator of changes in metabolism. If you do not lose, diet should be repeated, but only after 3 months.
Diet must not be extended more than 90 days – ONLY AFTER BREAK OF 3 MONTHS CAN IMPLEMENT NEW 90 day diet.
