  • 1 medium beet
  • 3 large, peeled limes

  • 1 tablespoon flax seed oil

Preparation

Put beet, limes, cherries and mint into the juicer. Pour into a tall glass. Stir in your sea salt and flax oil. Serve over ice to make this drink it’s most refreshing.
