Excellent and friendly shake of your skin is made up of blueberries, papaya, strawberries and pears. This shake is a delicious, healthy, low calorie, with plenty of fiber and will help you to refresh your skin.

Blueberries

Blueberries are great for the skin because they stimulate regeneration of skin cells and will have a soft and smooth skin.

Papaya

Papaya has a particularly large amount of vitamin C, beta-carotene, potassium and magnesium. Vitamin C is essential to producing collagen, which keeps our skin taut.

Strawberries

Strawberries also have a lot of vitamin C, and have other antioxidants that help reduce free radicals in the skin that can damage the skin and cause getting wrinkles.

Pears

Pears contain high amount of fiber, more than most fruits. Fiber helps the body get rid of toxins that can damage the skin and cause acne, blackheads and similar problems.

Preparation:

 To make this healthy shake, add equal amounts of each fruit in your blender.

You can use frozen blueberries and strawberries. If you use frozen fruit you will get thicker shake.

Add ½ cup liquid. You can use cow’s milk, coconut milk, almond or just filtered water, whatever suits you.
